I played several different arrangements of this hymn.
I found this arrangement as I was searching for an arrangement of "Blessed Assurance".
This is the first time I played a piece by Christine Sullivan Robbins, and this was a very different experience.
In general, 3/4 times is harder for me to make the phrases while keeping good breath.
It might be because of the nature of 3/4 meters which had more forward motion compared to 4/4 time.
She used the wide range of the piano without jumping from place to place.
This arrangement gave me a feeling of listening to a mixed voice choir. I could hear the women's part and men's part weaving into each other.
